General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Normal range for TSH is 0.4–2.5 µIU/mL.
So you have still high TSH level, 4.49 uIU/mL.
So I would suggest to consult your physician and go for
TSH
free T3, free T4.
Free hormone are more accurate and active hormone in body.
They will tell about accurate sate of the thyroid function.
So you should go for TSH, free T4, free T3.
You can ask for physician to increase dose of tyronorm if TSH will come high.
Repeat test after 4-6 week after increasing dose to confirm response to increase dose.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
